1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
  • Custom-manufactured or special-order printing components (e.g., customized rollers, circuit boards, or precision assemblies) are non-returnable unless proven defective.

Note: Products purchased through authorized distributors must follow their respective return policies.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the defective or damaged item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund. All defective products are covered under our 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with instructions.
  4. Pack the product securely and clearly mark the RMA number on the package.

Note: Returns without an RMA number may be refused. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or shipped in error.

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item or our shipping error.
  • For international customers, customs duties or taxes are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for identical or similar items (subject to availability). To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Follow the same steps outlined in Section 3.
  • Replacement products will be shipped once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the item is defective.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or specially manufactured printing parts
  • Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or negligence
  • Products missing original packaging, manuals, or components
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

7. International Returns

For international customers, please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Any applicable customs duties or import taxes will not be reimbursed.

We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service, as RelyOffset is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
