5. What is your product warranty policy?
All RelyOffset products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects or faulty materials. In case of issues, defective items can be returned within 14 days after receipt for inspection or replacement.
Please note: The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:
